This class focusses on developing the stamina and anaerobic fitness required for competition and display fighting. Using techniques and movements from the martial syllabus, this is a HIIT programme you will never forget! Follow the online progression with our instructors, or pick your own tunes, set your own pace, and make your own routines for solo practice!
In order to join our training programme, you will first need to attend and successfully complete our Level 1 Induction Class. Sessions are available twice a month both online on Saturday afternoons, and in person at Hendon on Friday evenings.
