Healing: A special class designed to help students prepare for and recover from the more rigorous parts of the syllabus, these healing sessions are also fantastic for those who just want to recharge or destress. Drawn directly from the traditional Qi Gong routines of Wu Shi Tai Ji Quan, these exercises are both medical and martial, and are incredibly valuable tools for life.
